HV-com2: Support for standardisation of high voltage testing with composite and combined wave shapes

The reliability of high voltage electricity grids crucially depends on adequate testing of grid components. One of these tests involves the application of composite and combined wave shapes. However, at present, there is inadequate traceability of these wave shapes possibly resulting in incorrect test results.   

Project develops traceable measurement systems for composite and combined wave shapes.

WP3: Approved measuring systems

VTT MIKES coordinates development of a modular voltage divider and evaluation software package for combined and composite wave shapes.
